UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request. Call Lace & Co. (801-485-5400) to request shipping through UPS or FedEx. There will be a higher shipping charge to use either of these 2 shipping companies.
Lace & Co. can ship internationally. We typically use DHL Express for international shipping. UPS or FedEx are also available upon request for international shipping prior to placing an order. The shipping cost to use UPS or FedEx will be more costly.
Most orders are processed within 72 hours unless there is a U.S. national holiday, then the order may take a day or two longer. Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Allow 3-7 business days for the order to arrive (excluding international shipping).
Lace & Co. is not responsible for weather related delays or damage to packages as they are in transport to the customer.

Exact shipping charges for express shipping are not calculated until the order is prepared for shipping . The cost will be calculated by the exact weight of the order and distance of travel. Shipping charges will be agreed upon prior to billing.
To return an item:
Fabrics, laces, and trims, or any yardage products which are cut as to the customer request (what the customer orders) are not returnable.
Notions, appliques, combs, or any product that is sold as a whole item may be returned or exchanged (less shipping costs). There will be a 25% restocking fee for each item that is returned.
A return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
If an item is returned, the customer must get a verbal approval (801-485-5400) and a written email approval (firstname.lastname@example.org) from Lace & Co. before an item can be returned for any refund or exchange. If an item is returned, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (less shipping costs).
If there is a manufacturer’s defect with a product, it can be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs). A verbal and written email request for approval from Lace & Co. is required before returning the product (801-485-5400) (email@example.com).
Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
