French chantilly lace trim, Ivory,  9 inches wide, large flower/large leaf scallop lace trim with eyelash fringe. The lace pattern repeat is every 8 inches. A large flower creates one of the scallops, with a large sweeping leaf to the side of the flower creating a second scallop. Can use along a neck edge, sleeve edge, hemline, waistline, the edge of a veil.

This lace can be used as a whole piece or it can be cut in-between the two designs to be used as a single-edged scalloped border trim; therefore 1 yard of lace would give you  2 yards of lace trim, then both ends of lace can be stitched together to create a longer length of lace. If this lace is cut in-between the two scalloped edges, it will measure 6 inches from the top of the flower to the bottom edge of the scallop.

This lace is imported from France. Alencon is pronounced ‘a lawn sawn’.
